The Penfolds Max's range pays tribute to the winery's first Chief Winemaker, Max Schubert, celebrating his relentless pursuit of excellence and the enduring philosophy of sourcing the finest fruit from Australia's best wine regions. Max's Cabernet Sauvignon honours this legacy with a refined take on one of Australia's most iconic varieties. Aromas of cumin, fresh clove, paprika and cardamom are complemented by savoury notes of roasted vegetables, olive oil, lamb and rosemary.
